How quickly will we receive our photos and videos?
We understand that speed is critical for event marketing. Our standard delivery for the full edited photo gallery and video highlight reel is within 5–7 business days. However, we always provide a "24h Express Delivery" with 10–20 key photos and short social media video reels within 24 hours of the event—perfect for immediate LinkedIn and press needs.
What are the usage rights for the photos and videos?
Our fee includes a full commercial and marketing license in perpetuity. This means you can use the images on your website, in social media, for print brochures, and in ad campaigns without any additional fees or time limits.
Where are you based, and do you cover events in other German cities?
We have a unique dual-base advantage in Germany: Tamás is based in the Cologne area and Matias is based near Frankfurt. This allows us to cover events at Koelnmesse and Messe Frankfurt with zero or minimal travel costs. We also regularly cover trade fairs, conferences, and corporate events across Düsseldorf, Essen, Bonn, and all over Europe.
